Support Engineer / Helpdesk (Microsoft Windows Exchange Hyper V). IT Consultancy is seeking a skilled Senior Support Engineer to troubleshoot hugely challenging technical issues, devising innovative solutions. As there is a 1st line support team in place, your time will be freed to focus on more complex problems.
As a Senior Support Engineer you will work with networking and Microsoft technologies (Windows, Exchange, Hyper V), liaising remotely with clients across a range of industries to maintain their entire network. Based in Surrey (with a KT postcode), this is an excellent opportunity to take a role in a technology-led company, whilst avoiding the commute into London. You will be actively encouraged to grow your skillset and knowledge of Microsoft technologies.
Requirements:
*Experience with maintaining Microsoft technologies (Windows, Exchange, Hyper V)
*Certification (MCP/MCTS/MCSA/MCSE)
*Excellent communication and client-facing skills
*Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
As a Senior Support Engineer / Helpdesk you will earn a competitive salary (to £30k), plus bonus and benefits package including an employee pension scheme.
