The role

Camden are looking to enhance their leading IT team and are looking for a hardworking and dynamic Service Centre Technician to complement the group.

You will provide first and second-line support on IT related service calls from software to hardware on a range of platforms, providing basic user account administration and troubleshooting. Act as a single point of contact for phone calls, emails and desk side from staff regarding IT issues and queries.

Provide specialist technical expertise in the installation and maintenance of system software such as operating systems, data management products, office automation products and other utility software.

About you

-You will have resolved technical issues remotely or at user’s work location.

-Have a strong customer focused approach

-Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows and Office, plus knowledge of: VPN, remote assistance, Citrix and mobile device management.

-Windows hardware repair/replacement, troubleshooting skills, imaging, MFD printer troubleshooting and repair.

-Good Incident and Problem Management experience: Managing incidents including business expectations and communication and dealing with complex issues and route cause analysis .

-ITIL knowledge

-You will have advanced experience of Active Directory and GPO administration.

-Will have provided support to an Agile workforce where SCCM, Skype for Business, SharePoint, tablets, smartphones and laptop are in use.
