The Role:

We are seeking a Technical Implementation Consultant to join our growing team to provide a range of services that ensures the successful implementation of Deltek Software Knowledge Management projects.

On any given day you might:

- Assist clients around the UK and potentially abroad to implement Deltek Software

- Provide business and systems consultancy aligning the application to the clients operation

- Use software development skills to configure the application to satisfy the different needs of the client at a level appropriate to ability

- Support the client throughout the implementation and with on-going requests for change during live phases

- Work closely with the Project Manager ensuring plans are set, met and scope is controlled

- Liaise with Deltek teams to ensure high degree of client satisfaction is achieved

About you!

What you Bring:

- At least 5 years’ experience of delivering complex IT change management projects

- Experience of accounting systems

- Experience of using some of the following development technologies; ASP, ASPX, SQL Server Management Studio (or similar), HTML, VB, VBA

- An understanding of business analysis and requirement gathering in relation to software application implementations

- Prior practical experience and interest in development using web and/or SQL technologies

- The ability to assist clients with planning and managing change

- Strong people and communication skills

- The ability to build a network of relationships at all levels within an organisation

- A proven ability to confront, negotiate with and influence people up to Director level

- An understanding of client business drivers and what constitutes satisfaction

- An understanding of key applications (intranet, CRM, financial, MS Office etc.)

- Appreciation of the potential commercial value of successful projects
