Eastleigh Borough Council is an ambitious council; recognised for its innovation, achievement and continuing to deliver high quality services in a challenging economic climate. We know that to build on our successes we need to evolve and that’s why we are embarking on an ambitious transformation programme that will change the way we work to achieve a streamlined and high quality approach without the need for a reduction in services for our customers.
Future Eastleigh is our business transformation programme which will make us a more efficient, commercially focused and financially sustainable organisation. Working as part of the Future Eastleigh team, we are looking for highly motivated individuals with solid experience in business and systems analysis to play a significant role in the transformation programme. You will be heavily involved in service re-design working as part of a team of experienced analysts on this very exciting Council-wide programme.
Understanding of Local Government would be advantageous as would experience in Salesforce cloud solutions, however this is not essential as long as you are able to demonstrate sound analytical acumen, strong IT skills and the ability to quickly adapt to a new environment.
In addition to this you'll also need to:
-Be a skilled leader, able to guide and motivate others
-Demonstrate the ability to plan, manage and get the most from resources allocated
-Have the ability to work influentially with a variety of stakeholders and convey complex information in a clear and compelling way
-Possess an enthusiasm and drive to succeed coupled with flexibility to adapt to changes along the way
What we can offer in return is a great place to work and a great team to work with. At Eastleigh we are committed to supporting and developing all our staff and creating a working environment that is inclusive, innovative and enjoyable.
Benefits:
-25 days annual leave
-Flexible working arrangements
-Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS)
