The Guildhall School of Music & Drama is one of Europe’s leading conservatoires with over 800 full-time music and drama students and a growing international reputation for its teaching and research.

We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join the IT department. Your duties will include providing support to Guildhall School staff and students in the use of desktop hardware, operating systems and telecommunications equipment.

To be successful in your application, you will have significant experience of desktop support in a busy environment. You will possess substantial experience of, and competent knowledge of, the use of IT equipment including PC’s and troubleshooting and configuration.

You will be a skilled communicator with excellent customer service skills, and able to be assertive when needed. You will demonstrate good time management and prioritisation skills, and a high level of attention to detail. You will be happy to deal with a range of different tasks and able to work on your own initiative.

This role works across a 7- day’s roster and therefore some evening and weekend work will be required. In additional the role may incur some additional hours, for which overtime would be paid.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and as part of the selection process the successful applicant will be required to obtain a Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) Check.
