The Digital Support Officer will provide essential support and maintenance of our websites, apps, blogs, social media, email campaigns and a multitude of other digital initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Digital you will be updating our websites whilst coordinating and sending html emails.

You will have technical knowledge of XHTML and CSS and experience of web maintenance using a CMS, as well as an understanding of different mobile platforms, interfaces and technology. As well as updates, emails, statistical analysis and running reports, you will deal with queries from internal and external clients.

An innovative and creative thinker with excellent inter-personal skills, you will be competent with Adobe Creative Suite and have a passion for new technological advances and an awareness of other web technologies.
