The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Business Change Analyst to be based in our central London office and join a highly talented Change Management and IT team. This is a great opportunity for a BA who can skilfully partner with the business and technology functions to support the delivery of an international project with a strong business change element. You'll provide full time support to a key strategic project which will design and deploy a new financial coding structure for Save the Children, with associated improvements to IT systems and business processes.

As the Change Business Analyst you will:

* Collaborate with business and technology teams to clarify project requirements and business objectives; and acquire commitments

* Plan and facilitate requirements gathering sessions

* Document dependencies and impacts between different projects, and ensure action is taken to address interdependencies

* Act as a conduit for cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing

* Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to form business cases to help ensure the investment necessary to deliver a solution

To be successful you will bring:

* Proven experience in identifying and documenting business needs and specifications utilizing business analysis and system design techniques

* Demonstrable experience in process definition including facilitation, process documentation, change control, and process improvement

* Experience of evaluating information, identifying risks and opportunities; and creative problem solving skills

* Familiarity in requirements gathering in regards to software and data analysis tools is desirable
