As part of multi-disciplinary team you’ll collaborates with designers, other analytics team members, platform engineers, business subject matter experts and technology delivery teams to deliver strategic research projects from design to execution.

These projects are centred around the application of analytics, data science and advanced cognitive methods to derive insights from data. The nature of these projects will change as ideas and concepts mature, ranging from research, proofs-of-concept and the art-of-the-possible to the delivery of real-world applications for our clients.

You should have practical industry expertise, ideally in the areas of Customer or Marketing Analytics, Financial Services or Life Sciences but experience in equivalent domains also welcomed. You should also understand the key technology trends in your domain and the related business implications.

Experience:

- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer science, or a related scientific discipline

- Experience in statistical modelling, machine learning, data mining and unstructured data analytics

- Project or project management experience

- Experience in Customer or Marketing Analytics, Financial Services, Life Sciences or an equivalent domain

- Proficiency in statistical and related tools/languages - R, RevR, SAS, Python or similar

- Experience working with large data sets and tools like MapReduce, Hadoop , Hive and equivalent technologies

- Experience with or exposure to Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, Cognitive Computing or Artificial Intelligence

- Ability to work in a global collaborative team environment

- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
