A global provider of business process management and integrated professional support services is seeking an experienced SAP BI, SAP BW Support Specialist to join a team of SAP Specialists providing BAU and Project support to the Company’s European region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Poland).

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

> Provide support to users running reports, and trace down conflicts between the selection used by the user and the technical definition and data available for the query

> Advise and coach users on the best tools/reports available

> Raise to second level of support/development complex queries, defects that may require development

> Support Superusers on the maintenance of BO Self-service folders

> Provide Superusers training and support on BO Webi development, Lumira

> Manage any technical issues related to connection, access etc. required for reporting by itself or with the respective team

> Participate on any testing as required by BI development

> Participate in reporting development Query designer/BO Webi/ Lumira as requested by development team

> System monitoring: Process chains, workload, dumps, etc.

Essential Skills & Experience

~ SAP BW 7.x experience, Bex Query designer, SAP Business Objects 4.x, Webi

~ Have understanding of functional modules:

~ Excellent communication skills
