This is an opportunity to work for a major IT Company with an immediate start!

· 100% of the activities is to Manage IT infrastructure modifications (dismantle, consolidation , upgrade, migration to VoIP) following organic growth project funded by business,

· Project manage internal network project to deliver Telecom services to sites e.g. site LAN, Back Office Voice, Contact Center infrastructure set up, firewall, etc.

· Coordinate 3rd party supplier, IT SIO local resources, IT GT Data and Voice ops resources, IT GT engineering resources & business resources

· Manage scoping documents

· Manage project planning

· Manage budget

· Manage projects actions items & meeting minutes

· Manage TG2 (budget and ordering request approval) and TG3 (project completion validation process)

· Manage order submission (ITPR / Smartbuy) and deliverables for internal and external orders

· Represent IT in front of GRE and / or Business contact

· Manage implementation resource, actions and planning

· Follow IT RFC process

· Coordinate Move To Production activities

· Complete project deliverables through business / partner / GRE IT reviews and validations.

· Manage project as per performance metrics:

· Maintain project data quality so that the project is 100% error free.

· comply to Toll Gate 3 on-time submission timeline

· submit PCM in a timely manner

· raise risks and issues encountered in projects and work with project team to mitigate the risks and resolve the issue in a timely manner
