JOB OVERVIEW
We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Test Team Leader / Manager / Senior Software Tester / Analyst that is ISQTB Test Manager Certified with experience developing test strategies for projects and has experience managing a Team.
Working as the Test Team Leader / Manager / Senior Software Tester / Analyst you will have a proven track record of implementing testing frameworks and test automation. You will have demonstrable experience in continuously improving the quality control processes and testing capabilities in IT.
Your responsibilities as the Test Team Leader / Manager / Senior Software Tester / Analyst will also involve developing test strategies for projects and day-to-day operations, identifying and implementing test tools, maintaining documentation and producing relevant management reports.
As the Test Team Leader / Manager / Senior Software Tester / Analyst you will be also ISQTB test manager certified. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to persuade and influence users in visualising new systems and enhancements to existing systems. You will be comfortable working in a high pressure and fast moving environment. Your excellent verbal and written communications skills will mean that you are confident in explaining concepts and processes to all levels of users. Whilst experience in mobile applications projects would be desirable it is not essential.

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
You will have the following Skills/Qualifications/Experience:
Team lead / management experience
Experience in implementing, using and maintaining testing automation tools, e.g. QTP
ISQTB Test Manager certified
Microsoft Team Foundation Server
Web-based systems
SQL 2012 or similar database
Excel 2013 or above
Bug tracking system
Experience of working within a formal development methodology
Financial systems experience useful
