About you

Our ideal candidate will have previous management experience within the IT sector, have an ITIL Foundation qualification and proven background in either a service desk or ITIL environment. You must have a good understanding of Microsoft Technology, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VPN’s. To be successful in this post you must be confident and comfortable managing the delivery of support services over 14 Academies, at present, working alongside the Head of IT, National Service Delivery Manager, Service Desk and Academy based staff. The role will be combining technical, management and people skills.
