Strengthening our relationships with business stakeholders across a range of different functions is key to taking our business to the next level. That’s why, over the last 18 months, we’ve been busy developing new business engagement capabilities in IT. But now we want push the boundaries even further. And that’s why we are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join us and help define the future of our business.

The role

Our Senior Business Analysts are critical to the landscape of our evolving business, helping to identify opportunities for solutions to optimise our performance and drive us forward. Joining us, you will be working at the forefront of digital improvements, driving developments that will optimize our business interaction across the globe. Trusted as an advisor, you’ll build exceptional relationships with stakeholders, will hit the ground running as you offer consultancy support and act as a key coordinator across the business. From supply chain to e-commerce, you’ll cover the breath of our IT operations as you partner on projects across our European region. On a daily basis you’ll use your skills in requirements gathering and analysis to identify the key demands and challenges that face the business and from this, will lead the discovery phase, identifying options, analysing risk and process modelling, taking the lead on the prioritisation of tasks to ensure that deadlines and budgets are met.

About you

Passionate, resilient and confident, you’ll be experienced in turning around quality solutions in tight timescales. Along with your knowledge of project delivery methodologies and extensive experience of delivering UML based artefacts, you’ll also need an understanding of ERP systems and the broader IT landscape. You’ll also be able to understand complex problems at an executive level, with a global scope. Working with colleagues on an international level within a standardised business framework can be a challenge, so you’ll need to be flexible and able to adapt to working within different cultures in a sensitive and professional manner. You’ll also have an awareness of how the maturity and scale of various cultures will affect business operations, and use this knowledge to guide your approach.

Life with us

Every 60 seconds, 105 pairs of Clarks shoes are sold globally. That makes us a £1.6 billion business and a truly worldwide brand. We now have some 15,000 employees across 75 different countries - everywhere from Europe to the Americas. Despite being the world’s biggest everyday footwear brand (by sale volume), we’re still owned by the Clarks family and based in Street, Somerset - where the Clarks business began. Street is the nerve centre of our business, driving growth and the whole Clarks success story. With investment and change underway, it’s a great time to be here.

The benefits

As well as development opportunities, pension and a competitive salary, you’ll also enjoy a variety of benefits. These range from 25 days’ holiday (plus bank holidays) to discounted healthcare. And, as everyone loves new shoes, you’ll also get a very healthy discount on our products.
