Want to help a household name continue to grow across the UK and Europe? Now’s your chance. As a Financial Planning & Reporting Analyst, you’ll use your skills to help plan the future of Clarks’ largest region. It’s just the kind of role that will get you noticed quickly. Make an impression and who knows how far you’ll go? Help us drive our progress, we’ll do the same for yours.

The role

To deliver our European strategy, we need a firm grasp of our figures. You’ll provide exactly that through your high quality financial reporting and commercial acumen. With fresh thinking and careful analysis, you’ll quickly get to grips with our financial data, and thanks to your reporting expertise we’ll have the info to develop the region. You’ll also be responsible for financial modelling that covers end-to-end regional planning processes. It’s all about shining a light on the numbers so we can make the right decisions.

With our future success at stake, accuracy is vital. You’ll need a great eye for detail and the ability to meet deadlines. With this approach, your reporting won’t just be outstanding - it will also be consistent with wider business guidelines.

A bit about you

Articulate, friendly and working towards a professional qualification such as ACCA/CIMA - You’re now keen to put your talents to work at a business where they’ll count. To be considered, we’re looking for a commercial thinker with a background in reporting. Strong communication skills are key; after all, you’ll be dealing with senior managers every day. Exceptional Excel skills are a must and any knowledge of SAP will certainly give you a distinct advantage.

Life with us

Every 60 seconds, 105 pairs of Clarks shoes are sold globally. That makes us a £1.6 billion business and a truly worldwide brand. We now have some 15,000 employees across 75 different countries - everywhere from Europe to the Americas. Despite being the world’s biggest everyday footwear brand (by sale volume), we’re still owned by the Clarks family and based in Street, Somerset - where the Clarks business began. Street is the nerve centre of our business, driving growth and the whole Clarks success story.

The benefits

As well as development opportunities, pension and a competitive salary, you’ll also enjoy a variety of benefits. These range from 25 days’ holiday (plus bank holidays) to discounted healthcare. And, as everyone loves new shoes, you’ll also get a very healthy discount on our products.

We love hearing from great people

Clarks International believes that the principle of equality of opportunity is fundamental to the company's operations. Our long held aim is to provide just and fair treatment for all employees. We will not discriminate on the grounds of sex, age, disability, marital status, colour, race, religion, ethnic origin, sexual orientation or gender reassignment.
