DIO’s Data, Analytics and Insight (DA&I) department are currently looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Technical Manager to provide deep knowledge and expertise in the capabilities of the BI toolset to enable the wider DIO to utilise it to its maximum extent. In addition, the post has responsibility to advise, steer and coach others to be able to fully utilise the BI toolset in challenging requests and for setting best practice and also establishing appropriate methods and techniques in the use of BI tools.

The post also undertakes day-to-day activities in support of the BI delivery plan, delivering additional capabilities to supplement the BI Design team.

You will therefore be expected to develop expert knowledge on the BI toolsets to be able to give coaching and support to other analysts within the BI function.
