My client is a global telecommunications company who are looking for a Master Data Specialist.

You will be required to understand the company's requirements for master data, to maintain a clear and unambiguous data element definition, to ensure singularity and coherence of master data. You will be able to prescribe and document respectively the sources and processes involved with each data element and meta data element. To gather information on whether data is being used consistently in all internal systems and to be able to liaise with companies Enterprise master data to ensure master data is aligned.

The master data system being used in in-house and uses SQL and Access technology. An understanding of Mobile technology and devices would be useful but is not essential so long as there is an interest in this area.
