The company has recently expanded its technical support team, with a keen focus on delivering excellent customer service levels to meet ever growing client demand.

As a Service and Support Analyst, you will provide first and second level support for multiple Nielsen Book products across the UK and Europe, with further potential to operate alongside teams based in North America.

Reporting to the Service and Support Manager, we are looking for a highly self-motivated support analyst to assist external customers with technical queries relating to Nielsen Book products. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem management skills and be able to efficiently prioritise workload in a fast paced environment. They will also display exceptional levels of initiative, technical proficiency and have a passion for understanding IT infrastructure and business processes.

The successful candidate will work closely with experienced team members and base themselves permanently in Woking, UK. Shift work and customer site visits may also be required from time to time. In return Nielsen offers a fantastic suite of benefits including:
