To deal with these complex challenges, we need the country’s most talented Business Analysts.

About the role

For a business with such unconventional requirements, driving effective change takes people who can truly understand and resolve our unique problems. You’ll deliver IT and business transformation, feeling a real sense of ownership in everything you do. By working collaboratively with stakeholders, you’ll define change that aligns with our strategy.

With your breadth of experience you’ll naturally understand the bigger picture, and share your knowledge across the business. You’ll use your analysis skills to determine the best solutions, and see your projects through from first thought to implementation. Ultimately, this means you’ll help keep the country safe. In fact, because of your ideas life for everyone in the UK can go on as usual.

About you

We’re looking for natural problem solvers with strong communication skills, who can confidently articulate complex matters to people at all levels. Strong influencing skills are essential, along with a natural ability to inspire confidence and instil trust in others. You’ll be delivery focused, and able to work both as part of a team and independently.

You must be a born or naturalised British citizen, over 18 years old and normally have lived in the UK for nine of the last ten years.
