Our Investment Directorate delivered 10,000 decent homes across our stock; now we want to add to the team to build on these successes with a strategic approach to asset management that places the customer at the heart of everything we do. To help us achieve this ambition, we are recruiting to the new post of Better Neighbourhoods Programme Delivery Manager. This post will work directly to the Head of Property Services and will play a critical role in delivering a circa £25m per annum capital investment programme, improving performance, make strategic decisions to help shape the department and be a leader in excellence.

- As Better Neighbourhoods Programme Delivery Manager you will bring a strong track record of operational delivery of large and complex programmes.

- You will bring a high quality of work and drive performance and delivery of the Decent Homes and Capital Programme Strategies, understanding that this is delivered across a mixed tenure property portfolio.

- We are looking for someone to lead a multi-disciplinary team and have the attribute to build a team, and have strong commercial and financial awareness.

- You will have knowledge of contract administration and the ability to manage financially complex contracts. Relationship management expertise and strong experience of working with bids is essential for the role.
