Mid-Senior Web Designer

Salary: £30K-£40K

Location: Leeds/West Yorkshire

Job Type: Permanent

Web Designer / £25-£40K salary (depending on experience) / Amazing benefits package / Leeds/West Yorkshire

An exciting opportunity has arisen within a market leading client for a talented Web Designer to showcase their ability and eye for detail.

My client have been consistently one of the UK's market leading online learning providers and have been successful for over 20 years. They are not stopping with this though, they are planning on expanding to be even larger and are looking to increase their client base massively between now and 2020.

They are looking for an individual who has a strong ability to produce attractive user experiences for promotional e-commerce websites and web applications. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and modern design and possess superior user interface design skills. You should be able to translate a high level of requirement s into wireframes and transform them into beautiful and functional designs.

To be considered for this position you must have:

*2+ years' experience working as a web designer

*Knowledge of HTML and CSS

*Experience using git or a similar source control repository

*Experience of creating web-ready assets (UI icons, backgrounds etc…)

*Experience testing UX designs and incorporating feedback

*Experience in creating extensive design documentation and wireframes

*Be able to work effectively as a part of a team

Your main responsibilities will be:

*To design and layout concise user flows for new features

*Plan and document new application features to specified requirements

*Plan and design new website concepts

*Work alongside the agile development team

*Present wireframes and designs to key staff members and key stakeholders
