Position: E-Commerce Support and Amazon Optimisation

Trimcraft Ltd is a manufacturer and distributor of leading brands within the Arts and Crafts industry. We are a rapidly growing family business, distributing over 2000 products to retailers across 45 countries.

The Role:

-To support, optimise and aid sales growth for our key E-Commerce customers, with a major focus on Amazon UK & Europe.

-You will work at our contemporary offices in prime NG7. Working hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm. We are a dynamic, highly creative business offering flexibility and benefits to the entire team.

Key responsibilities:

-Support and optimisation for key E-Commerce Accounts:

-Work towards sales and marketing milestones with respect to online sales

-Large focus on Amazon UK & Europe

-Content management of Amazon Vendor Central

-Item set-up and keyword optimisation of all product SKU’s

-Content optimisation: copy, images and videos

-Amazon SVS Support

-Promotional and Marketing Strategy with Amazon and other E-commerce accounts

-Relationship building of vendor managers and buyers

-Reporting, Analytics and Forecasting support

Ideal Candidate:

-The ideal candidate will be a well-organised, creative, passionate and commercially aware of E-Commerce solutions

-You will have knowledge of developing sales through E-Commerce platforms such as Amazon

-You will be confident in working towards sales goals and KPIs and will understand the impact of your role in the wider business.

-You will be confident, hardworking, fast-paced whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail

-Good communication and analytical skills are required with skills in Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics and E-Commerce Platforms.
