Web Designer

£30,000 - £35,000 + Benefits

Hampshire; Fareham, Portsmouth, Southampton areas

This is a great opportunity for a passionate Front End Web Designer to join a successful software specialist who work with a number of high profile clients. It's essential you love what you do and want to make a difference in a growing development team.

Commercial experience with Web/UX Design is essential, and the desire to work in a fast paced, creative environment where you will have the opportunity to work on Greenfield projects with new technologies.

The role would suit a Web Designer/Developer with strong Adobe suite skills but is still keen to learn and join a company where they can progress. You will work on a broad client portfolio with an established development team to Agile processes.

You will have a proven track record of project delivery to set time scales. You will also be comfortable communicating with all levels of the business and happy working with developer, designer and testers.

Requirements:

* A skilled front-end / UI Designer who can code JavaScript, HTML and CSS

* Strong background in Website design/building

* Experience of working alongside UI Designers and a eye for good UI/UX Design

* Comfortable discussing technical solutions and providing innovative new ideas

* Have an understanding of modern HTML design concepts such as Responsive Design

* Familiarity with software design and Adobe suite/Photoshop

* Client facing, happy to work directly with customers and senior stakeholders

Desirable:

* Angular.js or Knockout.js

* Agile, SCRUM understanding
