Lead Service Designer required to join and aid in building a department within a well-established global leader in digital transformation. My client is a leading IT consultancy firm with offices in over 20 countries world-wide. The opportunity is to join a huge family of over 6,500 employees across the UK in various roles. This role is based in London and will require travel around the city from time to time. The salary will range from £50,000 - £65,000 DOE plus attractive benefits.

My client is a global leader in digital transformation, with over 35,000 employees across 20 countries and with a revenue well in excess of EUR3 billion in 2015. The client is used and trusted by numerous leading names in the public and private sectors, and has enabled such brands to increase performance and value by utilizing digital technologies. With their main office based in Scotland, the objective will be establishing and building their newly appointed southern office in London.

Requirements for this role:

*Ability to prove extensive experience is essential. Must have prior proven track record working with various global companies.

*Extensive front-end web design experience, focussing on UX

*Have experience working with large projects (proven record of project size and brands is essential)

*Experience and competence collaborating with clients, directors and high-end managers

*Willingness and drive to take a hands-on approach, with the ambition of driving towards a managerial role and building a team of designers/developers.

*Experience HTML or CSS would be an advantage, but not necessary as main focus will be on design

*Creativity is key. Ability to portray, utilize and relay creativity through the team

*Willingness to travel if necessary

*Must be willing to undergo a clearance process

The ideal candidate will be compensated handsomely for their experience, skills and efforts. Salary will be £45,000 - £65,000 DOE plus very attractive benefit options including pension, healthcare, insurance, etc. The ideal candidate will also be expected to progress along with the company in development and growth, adding value to both their own careers and the company alike.
