Programme Manager urgently required to work in Warsaw, Poland on a permanent bassis

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent and have a proven record as a Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager with experience of owning and developing the project and programme processes. Managing budget up to 2 million, knowledge of data architecture and business intelligence, a solid understanding of SQL and .net technologies, Web based applications (ASP, SAAS model, etc.). Experience of working across a diverse Program Management Global platform, working with offshore Developers. Successful candidates will have worked to Structured Project & Programme Methodologies (MSP, Prince2, ITIL), Strong Program / Project management / Application development background (Candidates will have a strong technical background with in Application development as opposed to a infrastructure)
