Elysium is a well-established software development company focusing upon Ruby on Rails development.

As a developer at Elysium you will be directly involved in the design, development and delivery of new features as well as the maintenance and improvement of our live applications.

Your opinions and contributions to the analysis and design process will be expected and valued, it is of great importance to us that we have input from the whole team.

Our ideal candidate has commercial experience in a similar setting and can hit the ground running. You will be become a key player in maintaining our high standards for customer deliverables by writing and reviewing high quality code as well as contributing to elegant solution design. You will challenge potential solutions to ensure that the product not only meets the specification but excels when further updates are made.

Skills Range:

-Experience of working in a commercial software development team or significant non-commercial experience

-Detailed knowledge of an object orientated programming language

-Relational database design.

Person Specification:

-Passionate about considered and forward thinking software design

-Willing to support and mentor junior members of the team

-Keen to rise to individual challenges and driven to lead effectively in groups.
