What responsibilities will you have?

Develop, support and maintain Microsoft CRM Dynamics application and components by implementation of analytical skills to investigate and remediate any issues, or enhance the application be means of changes.

Working as part of MPS application maintenance and support team, mixed with the third party support, you will deliver high quality responsive solutions to business problems.

This role requires a high level of professionalism to be portrayed to the client via excellent customer service working within an ITIL change, problem and incident management environment.
