The Nielsen Sales Activation team play a pivotal role in helping clients manage their instore execution - Range, Space, Stocking , and Trade Activation. The Sales Activation team works across the Nielsen client base, as well as with new clients, on a project-by-project basis to identify opportunities and to help clients optimise their performance in these specific areas.

A role has arisen within the team for an individual to work as an Analytics Consultant. The role will focus on delivering high quality analyses (both adhoc and ongoing) using a portfolio of Nielsen Space, Range, and Retail Execution services.

The ideal candidate will have an affinity for discovering stories within numbers and will possess a desire to be at the forefront of our digital revolution.

Accountabilities:

- Contribute to the achievement of Sales Effectiveness revenue targets by managing the effective and timely delivery of range, space and instore execution analyses across our FMCG/non-FMCG client base

- Contribute to and participate in the development of Nielsen "Sales Activation" services

- Develop internal and external training programs for a new and evolving suite of digital solutions

- Provide commercial consultancy to help Nielsen clients understand and embed new instore activation processes

- Ensure compliance to analytic practices and ensure that best practices are shared across the Assortment and Space Optimisation (ASO) and Nielsen Retail Execution (NRE) communities

- Timely contribution to capacity management processes.

- Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and resolve problems while ensuring excellent client service

- Solid proficiency of decision making and problem resolution skills

- Strong communication skills and fluency in English
