This is a great opportunity for someone to join us as a key member of our Customization and Upgrade team. Whilst an office based role, you will have responsibility for the end to end installation and scheduling of software at our client sites. You will be carry out the complex and technical process of upgrading our client systems, including providing advice to clients on new functionality and configuration options. Following success in this role, we expect you to progress into a Technical Consultant position.

What you will bring:

With a keen interest in IT infrastructure, you will be able to organize yourself effectively and juggle competing priorities.

An existing ability to write code is essential and ideally, this would be in one of our core technologies: ASP.NET, XML/XSL, JavaScript or SQL. However, evidence of strong skills in another area would also be acceptable.

You will have a strong inclination to working with and communicating with clients so it's essential you have strong written and oral communication skills. You will need to be comfortable presenting to groups of people.
