We are currently recruiting for a Media Operations Manager to join our Media Operations team. This role will report into the Head of Client Services and be positioned between our internal production units from India, Germany and the UK. The primary focus of the role is to ensure media research data is delivered to the respective client services teams. This will be conducted through identifying and sourcing relevant TV content for the purpose of conducting sponsorship exposure analysis, along with the planning and managing of such analysis.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

- Effectively managing the analysis data through our production centres in Cologne and Bangalore, and delivery into the Client Services teams

- Liaising with the Client Services and Sales teams to fully understand briefs and project requirements

- Identifying and scheduling of TV content to be recorded

- Converting video content into usable format

- Ordering and maintaining the collation of national and regional newspapers

- Weekly prioritisation of jobs for exposure analysis

- Ensuring correct footage is sent and being worked on in our production centres

- Day-to-day communications with virtual teams in Cologne and Bangalore

- Compiling monthly analysis forecasts for Bangalore

- Managing costs against budget

- Identifying cost effective / efficient ways to improve working practices

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

- Previous experience within a capacity planning or project management role

- Able to work in a fast paced and high pressure environment

- Managing workflow and progress of multiple projects according to different briefs and deadlines

- Be highly organised and able to drive own initiatives

- Proactive and confident

- High interpersonal skills

- Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel within the business

- Skill in communicating with speakers of English as a second language

- Computer literate and IT savvy. Majority of time will be spent using our in-house analysis tool, where full training will be given

- Proficient in the use of MS Excel spreadsheets

- Understanding of digital video files and knowledge of video hosting / sharing websites, and advantage but not essential

- Knowledge of the sports sponsorship and/or sports marketing industries and a keen interest in sports would be advantageous but not essential
