You’re a proven project manager who wants to broaden your horizons. We’re a hugely respected organisation, leading innovation in the delivery of education and assessment all over the world.

Why join us?

It’s an exciting time to join Trinity College London. We already embrace technology to deliver our market-leading examinations and assessments in more than 60 countries worldwide. You’ll be instrumental in delivering projects that help us explore the burgeoning field of technology and human interaction even more.

About the role

This is a refreshingly wide-ranging role, in which you’ll confidently juggle multiple projects from initiation through to handover to live operation. Whilst strengthening our use of technology whilst reducing our carbon footprint is a key focus, you’ll also deliver projects in other areas which improve the way we work internationally. We typically trial projects on a small scale before we roll them out globally - you’ll oversee all phases, deftly managing the requirements and aspirations of a wide internal stakeholder group. You’ll relish building relationships with a variety of people: from external suppliers and internal experts right up to our CIO and exec team.

The right person

Above all, we’re looking for someone who’s shown they can work on a global platform, confidently managing relationships with customers, colleagues and contractors from diverse nationalities, backgrounds and cultures. A proven problem solver and accomplished communicator, you have plenty of digital experience and ideally, like us, you’re a believer in the power of education.

Of course, you understand project planning and control techniques and methodologies (such as PRINCE2). And your CV doubtless includes plenty of evidence of successful project delivery to budget, timescale and quality targets, ideally using matrix teams.

About us

Trinity College London is an international exam board, with a rich cultural heritage and a positive, supportive approach to assessment and development. We deliver over 600,000 assessments each year worldwide: from the UK and Europe to India and the Far East. Trinity is an Equal Opportunities employer and our talented people come from a wide range of backgrounds.
