PM17/10 ICT Services - ICT 3rd Line Analyst (initial 6 month contract)

Shropshire Council is looking to recruit a 3rd Line Analyst to support the current ICT Infrastructure & Security Team in maintaining day to day infrastructure services delivery to Shropshire Council.

The role is primarily to work within the server support team to provide support to internal and external customers on a wide range of enterprise level technologies and applications such as:

VMware VSphere

Microsoft Office 365

Server OS

SQL

SCCM

Citrix

NetApp Storage

You will need to be an ICT professional experienced in delivering 3rd line support services and able to demonstrate a wide range of ICT knowledge and expertise to fulfil this role. Being able to communicate effectively and clearly is essential.
