Our client is a successful and expanding IT Services Company and looking for 2nd line technical engineers. As a 2nd line technical engineer you will either be based at the client offices (Vauxhall) or will be based at a client’s site. They are looking for one engineer to be office based and one to be client based. You will be responsible to provide outstanding support to customers.

Qualifications/Experience/Skills required:
- A minimum of 2-years 2nd Line experience in an IT Desktop/Server support role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or MCSE/MCP/CCNA certification or qualifications are desirable
- Logical approach to problem solving
- Excellent inter-personal skills with good time management
- Proven customer service & communication skills
Technical experience in the following areas:
- Microsoft Desktop ( 7 / 8 / 10) Operating Systems
- Microsoft Productivity Suites (Office 2007 - 2016)
- Backup Solutions (Veritas Backup Exec, Max Backup)
- Administration of Microsoft Server 2008 / 2012
- Administration of Microsoft Active Directory
- Administration of Microsoft Exchange 2010 / 2013 / 2016
Additionally the following skills are desirable:
- Virtual Technology (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V )
- Networking (Cisco Firewalls / Cisco Switches / HP Switches )
- Storage Solutions (NetApp, EMC, Dell, HP )
- Basic Linux knowledge
- Knowledge of monitoring systems (PRTG)
