Location: London or Manchester

Travel: Must be willing to be based at and travel to client sites throughout the UK

What responsibilities will you have?

· Working on complex business and technology change projects, delivering in depth analysis across information systems, information management, practices, procedures, and organisation change.

· Developing an in-depth understanding of our clients’ existing operations

· Understand the key business drivers/benefits and how a change Programme will realise these benefits

· Evaluate and capture the impact of a major change programme on our Clients’ existing Operations (i.e. Financial, Resourcing, Regulatory etc)

· Documentation of Analysis outputs using modelling and analysis tools and standards as required by Accenture or the Client themselves

· Ability to capture detailed requirements and maintain traceability throughout all phases of a project

· Ability to run workshops and engage with stakeholders at different levels of seniority to support analysis deliverables

· Act as the interface between Business and Technology Stakeholders and Delivery Teams

· Assess recommended technology solutions against business requirements

Qualifications

What skills & experience are we looking for?

· Individuals who are specialised in Business Analysis by trade

· Ideally we are looking for an industry background in Communications, Media or Defence (The role is within Accenture’s CMT Industry Group)

· Experience in a variety of tools and techniques across Business Analysis, Requirements, Analysis & Business Process Definition

· Proven track record of delivering within complex Programme environments and adaptable to working within different delivery methodologies

· Leading or working within a Business Analysis Team on multiple complex Change Programmes

· Ability to build credibility and enduring relationships with stakeholders from different levels and business areas

· Ability to deliver to required analysis artefacts to the required quality within challenging timescales

· Ability to define an Analysis approach and recommend deliverables and artefacts to support the approach at the mobilisation stage of a Project

· Ideally hold one of the following - ISEB Business Analysis Diploma, IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), IIBA Certificate of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) or equivalent.
