BUSINESS ANALYST (IT CHANGE BA), CENTRAL LONDON
A Business Analyst (IT Change BA) is required to join a Utilities industry consultancy on a permanent basis. The successful Business Analyst (IT Change BA) will have experience working with various stakeholders within the business to provide successful project delivery and should have experience in the full SDLC. The successful Business Analyst (IT Change BA) must have a strong ability to capture and document high level requirements
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
* Must have a minimum of 2 years working professionally as a Business Analyst
* MUST HAVE experience working on IT Business Change projects
* MUST BE ABLE TO SCOPE OUT HIGH LEVEL BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS AND SOLUTION REQUIREMENTS
* Ability to facilitate workshops to capture crucial business requirements (functional and non-functional)
* Proven stakeholder management ability
* Experience in process mapping to map out key business processes (MS Visio or MS Project preferred)
DESIRABLE SKILLS
* Experience delivering IT Change projects
* Prince2 or Business Analysis certifications considered advantageous
* Understanding of or experience working in both an Agile and Waterfall environment
Day to Day Role:
The successful Business Analyst (IT Change BA) will be involved in facilitating workshops and using other methods with key stakeholders in the business to capture and scope out high level business system requirements and work with the technical team to translate requirements into solutions for the successful delivery of IT Change. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst (IT Change BA) to work with a company with a great benefits package and Central London location
