This is an exciting opportunity to play an important role in the delivery of the high volume of change that is taking place across the organisation. As a Project Consultant, you will drive and support key projects and programmes and ensure that anticipated savings and benefits are realised and measured.

The role of the Project Consultant is to provide a range of services including project management, authoritative advice, and consultancy to business leads, to ensure standards of excellence and the successful delivery of projects that meet organisational objectives and deliver cost savings.

This role is part of a collaborated team and will require regular work with colleagues in Sussex Police and other forces in the South East region.

As the successful candidate, you will have experience of delivering business change projects and identifying risks and opportunities. You will also have project management expertise and the associated qualifications (PRINCE 2 and others), and knowledge of project management software. You will have consulting skills, evidence of working with line managers to deliver business change opportunities and demonstrable ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of the organisation.
