This is an exciting and challenging role within the Communications Department as it is the main internal point of contact for all data related enquiries within the team. This position oversees and implements all aspects of data management for the Direct Mail Programme, ensuring data accuracy, resolving mailing queries and running standard automated reports. In addition this roles is the main data contact for the external print supplier.

The post holder will have excellent communication skills, liaising with other internal stakeholders in respect of data management for digital fundraising, including email data management. This will be a real opportunity to shape how the department uses data by turning data insights into actionable recommendations.

We are looking for an innovative, enthusiastic professional with experience in data management, with the ability to work on multiple projects to tight deadlines. You will need to demonstrate how to apply selection and query logic to CRM databases and have an appreciation of SQL query language. You will need strong analytical skills in order to respond to requested changes, be methodical and structured in your approach and have good problem solving skills. You will need to be a proactive team player who can also work confidently independently and have excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work and deliver to a high standard.

This position is based at our Burslem site in Stoke-on-Trent but travel to our Hanchurch site will also be necessary.
