Our support is out of this world.

So your impact is even greater.

Here at HMGCC, we provide communication systems and technical solutions that protect national security at home and overseas, now and for the future. Our Service Operations Centre is at the heart of this - helping us to deliver ground-breaking projects. With excellent delivery skills, you’ll provide specialist business analyst support - ensuring we can deliver projects in the UK, and around the globe.

The role

Passionate about improving the exploitation and sharing of information, you’ll help develop innovative solutions. It’s about helping us to enhance our understanding of business requirements, and achieving better outcomes for Partners.

You’ll lead internal meetings with stakeholders, and liaise with customers to capture functional and non-functional requirements. It’s all about understanding and interpreting business necessities. Confident working to deadlines, you’ll deliver presentations on potential solutions, and ensure that project milestones are being met. You’ll also provide business context, and contribute to strategic plans and objectives.

Your profile

To join us, you’ll have excellent delivery skills, and experience of managing relationships with key stakeholders. You’ll confidently identify the correct approach and apply standard analytical techniques. Importantly, you’ll challenge assumptions and find innovative solutions to problems. Alongside this, you’ll be aware of the bigger picture - and understand how to manage risks. Enthusiastic, proactive and driven, you’ll take your own initiative to plan ahead. And you’ll be confident presenting ideas back to stakeholders.

Rewards

In return, we’ll provide all the training you need to develop your skills. You’ll also get a great rewards package that includes flexible hours and a welcoming workplace.
