Our support is out of this world.

So your impact is even greater.

Here at HMGCC, we provide communication systems and technical solutions that protect national security at home and overseas, now and for the future. Our Service Operations Centre is crucial to our success. Our experts support the delivery of innovative and cutting-edge projects and we’re looking for outstanding individuals to join the team. We’ve got the following roles available:

- Service Desk Analyst

- Information Security Support Officer

- Service Management Analyst

These roles are opportunities for self-motivated, enthusiastic and driven professionals.

Service Desk Analyst: We’re looking for individuals with excellent customer service skills who can also work effectively with technical and service management colleagues to deliver a consistent level of service. Experience of working to SLAs and using call-logging systems will help but is not essential.

Service Management Analyst: With ITIL awareness, and experience of using a Call Management system, you’ll thrive as a Service Management Analyst. It’s about supporting our Change, Problem and Configuration Managers, while processing your career in ITIL disciplines.

Information Security Support Officer: You’ll help assure the integrity, availability and compliance of the service. It’s a chance to work with a variety of customers and stakeholders, supporting the implementation of our security policies.

No matter the role, you’ll need outstanding communication skills and the ability to foster effective working relationships. A natural problem-solver, you’ll be keen to approach problems creatively and, while you’re self-motivated, you’ll also have a strong collaborative ethos.

In return, we’ll provide all the training you need to develop your skills. You’ll also get a great rewards package that includes flexible hours and a welcoming workplace.
