Essential Functions

Do you have the ability to successfully lead and manage complex enterprise software implementations? If this is you, Vitech wants you to join our team as an Senior Business Analyst, and be a part of our management team at an industry leading company. At Vitech, you will be part of a company with a 20+ year legacy, but operates with the energy and pace of a start-up.

You will be responsible for managing complex software implementations at some of our premier investment clients, including fund administrators, institutional investors, and fund sponsors. You will communicate with the client's senior business and technology managers, and ensure the successful delivery or our V3 solution, in addition to managing, mentoring, and working with all Vitech solutions team members.

Basic Qualifications

· Previous experience as Senior Business Analyst/ Manager in a client facing capacity leading multi-disciplinary teams through ERP, CRM or custom developed system implementations and solutions in the Private Equity/ Investment space.

· Software product implementation experience a plus, preferably with a Private Equity software

· Prior experience managing large enterprise projects to meet project and budget deliverables.

· Experience working with client-senior management teams on business and technology.

· Ability to think and act quickly and to problem solve and remove organizational obstacles to ensure success

· Excellent program, time, and project management skills, to ensure success of multiple, concurrent projects

· Strong consulting skills

· Management of requirements, project scope, resources, time, cost, quality, client goals, contract terms and risk management.

· Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

· Proven experience leading, negotiating, problem solving, influencing and communicating to all levels within a project management environment.

· Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in management, business or similar field

· Must be open to travel
