The Next Chapter

We are looking for a Programme Manager who will be responsible for the delivery of our software to our key clients and drive the development teams to success.

The Star

The star of this chapter is going to be you, our Programme Manager. Someone who is not afraid to take on a challenge who can motivate and drive the teams to success.

Our Programme Manager will:

                                                   Develop and deliver software programmes using Agile principles in line with client requirements

                                                   Working with all stakeholders to define and execute the engineering programs

                                                   Communicating the mechanical and functional requirements of all technical projects to the Development Team.

                                                   Oversee client activity within the project plan and facilitate changes where required

To Play The Part

Our Programme Manager is going to be a special kind of person. Someone who can build effective relationships with our clients, someone who has:

                                                   Proven experience delivering multiple software projects within an Agile environment

                                                   Experience of working with a large financial services software platform

                                                   Technical experience in design and development of software engineering

                                                   Management of customer activities surrounding software implementation

                                                   Strong attention to detail and accuracy

                                                   Ability to prioritise a number of critical projects

                                                   Demonstrates a proactive attitude

                                                   Ideally will hold a Programme/Project Management qualification
