Business Analyst- Business Change

A leading UK bank are seeking a Business Analyst to join their team, working on a Banking Reform programme. You will be working horizontally over a number of different work streams, assessing how the change will affect customer journey. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role- looking at the impact of change from a customer perspective.

This role will be based in Chester, on a rolling contract and a daily rate of £400.

Key Skills

* Proactive, self-starter

* Strong analytical skills

* Strong stakeholder management

* Ideally experience working one or many of the following:

* User interface development

* Document management solutions

* Workflow tools

* Scanning functionality.
