EPM Specialist

Support is required to administer, configure, integrate, align and train users to ensure that users are able to access and exploit EPM to support ISS and the PMO.

Experience in MS EPM administration is essential.

Essential skills and experience

- Strong understanding of Enterprise Project Management and experience of providing EPM training - 10%

- Experience of EPM Administation - 10%

- Experience of EPM Configuration, including creation of global views, user groups and reports - 20%

- Experience of EPM allignment and integration - 5%

- Experience of development of Standards, Process and role design - 10%

- Development of Work Instructions - 5%

- Understanding of the management of plans and schedules at different hierarchical levels through consolidation or using Integrated Master Schedules - 5%

- Experience in performing schedule risk and impact analysis with a detailed understanding of critical path analysis, schedule integrity and progress reporting - 5%

- Experience in developing and managing fully resourced schedules (including resource loading and levelling to actively manage workload and over or under allocations) - 5%

- Understanding of planning for technically complex large-scale IT projects and programmes 5%

- Must have detailed understanding of standard project management principles and techniques (e.g. APM, MSP, Prince2, PMI) - 5%

- Understand dependency linking (int & ext dependencies) - 5%

Nice-to-have skills and experience

- Recent and relevant experience in the defence sector - 5%

- Knowledge of Agile Project Delivery and Experience of applying Risk Management methods and principles - 5%
