Buckinghamshire County Council's Applications Team are hiring for an EDRMS Business Analyst for Content Server 10.5 (Livelink).

About the role

In this role you'll ensure the provision of advice and support to business users. You'll support the Corporate Solutions Manager and EDRMS specialists in implementing strategies and standards, and the preparation of business and technical specifications that meet customer needs and objectives. Our use of EDRMS is growing and you will have opportunities to support existing users as well as introducing new teams to the benefits of EDRM.

You'll act as a Business Analyst on behalf of the Content Server 10.5 application. You'll take responsibility for analysing the business needs of clients and stakeholders to help identify the business problems and propose solutions using the disciplines of business analysis. You will be a driving force in proposing innovative, new and effective solutions. You will contribute to the increasing business use of EDRMS within the council by demonstrating functionality to users and managers to improve working practices. You will ensure operational delivery of the application to users by managing support calls and project tasks in accordance with agreed prioritisation methods, standards, authorised procedures and all relevant legislation to meet agreed specifications and timetables.

Please note that this is a career graded role and salary will be dependent on your skills, knowledge and experience.

You may be an EDRMS specialist with experience of Content Server 10.5 and a desire to develop business analysis skills or an experienced IT Business Analyst keen to specialise in EDRMS.
