Our recruitment software is used daily by thousands of recruiters within many of the leading recruitment agency brands in the UK, Ireland and internationally who are delivering recruitment services across a wide range of industry sectors.

You will utilise your implementation project management, business analysis and consultancy experience in this exciting opportunity which is responsible for project managing a range of client’s recruitment software implementation projects.

Working within an agile software environment in our Manchester office, utilise our project management methodology and tools designed to ensure all clients have a structured, transparent, seamless and customer centric recruitment software implementation experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Review the client’s implementation requirements relating to the recruitment software and web products purchased through the sales process.

- Create and customise the online implementation project plan.

- Schedule and coordinate the implementation stages and task allocations with the client’s project team.

- Through a consultancy process, review the client’s business objectives and operational processes to assist the client’s project team with the recommended software configuration and business processes improvements.

- Ensure all client’s recruitment software implementation projects are managed to time-scales with any issues being identified early with escalation and/or remediation being taken as necessary.

- Contribute to the ongoing development of our products, by recording feedback from our client’s software users.

- Provide onsite consultancy services to clients to maximise their return to investment with their Eclipse software.

- Travel within the UK and internationally when required.

Required Experience & Skills

- Previous software implementation experience (recruitment software experience highly desirable).

- Project management / business analyst experience.

- Senior/key stakeholder engagement experience (internal or external).

- Developed time management skills with the ability to multi-task shifting priorities.

- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
