Senior Planner - Civil Engineering

Manchester

£50,000-£65,000

Senior Planner required for a major civil engineering contractor based in Manchester. This role will be predominately working within the pre-construction team working closely with Bid Managers and Estimators.

Skills Required:

-Tender and on site planning experience

-Experience working for a main contractor within the civil engineering industry

-Previous experience working as site engineer/site manager preferable

-Experience working on projects up to £50m

What you'll be doing:

-Prepare bid and tender stage programmes

-Cost and resources loading

-Regular monitoring and recording of Project Progress against critical path

-Delivering presentations to both internal and external clients.

-Carrying out client visits

Qualifications:

-Experience of working in a Planning or Senior Planning role for a main contractor essential

-HNC / Degree in civil engineering

-Ideally a member or working towards membership of a Professional Institute
