IT Developer - Opportunity for a Graduate or indivisuals with 1-3 years exerience in a simular role
We are currently recruiting for an IT Developer to join our IT Team in our Brentwood office in Essex.
We would welcome and encourage applications from recent graduates to individuals with up to 3 years experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will need to be proactive, keen to learn, confident and a good communicator. This is a brilliant opportunity to gain experience in a small team in a growing UK bank.
You will be working in partnership with the business to provide day-to-day support on the in-house developed platforms. Ensuring small enhancements and fixes are supplied through continuous delivery.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Complete user support requests (includes liaising with users).
* Fault finding / problem solving in all applications including fixing / testing.
* Create design and technical specifications for system amendments / enhancements to remove re-occurring user support requests and software faults
* Code system amendments / enhancements as per specifications (modules / user interface / reports / web services / windows services).
* Test system amendments / enhancements made by self and others.
* Documenting of system amendments / enhancements.
* Ad-hoc reporting and data extraction.
