The Rank Group, better known for its iconic brands, Mecca Bingo and Grosvenor Casinos is looking for a Digital Analytics Operations Manager to join the team in Maidenhead.

This is a highly visible and influential role that is accountable for the management, development and best practices of digital technologies deployed through our Tag Manager (Tealium), the embedding of processes & enablement amongst the business, along with supporting and onboarding of new digital technologies to deliver revenue benefits to the business.

The successful candidate will be responsible & accountable for all activities, including vendor management, within the Tag Management solution spanning digital analytics, data layer, optimisation, personalisation, data science, marketing and CRM.

As a Digital Analytics Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Working with existing and new digital technologies to shape the development of a high caliber digital experience technology stack.

- The development of our tracking capabilities from our data layer, Tag Manager & DMP (Tealium Audience Stream).

- Delivering data and tracking against requirements from our media agencies to allow for programmatic and multi-channel marketing activities. Also for delivering an ROI to the business for digital technologies through efficiency and increased performance.

- Collaborat with a variety of senior stakeholders to understand, interpret and gather business requirements resulting in recommending and implementing effective solutions to meet multi-stakeholder needs.

- Managing multiple 3rd party technology vendors to ensure the correct commercial agreements are in place for business requirements.

- Delivery and embedding of processes against these tools including tag management, digital analytics, and data management.

- Driving regular communication with all key departments and stakeholders to ensure optimal awareness of digital analytics & optimisation technologies and capabilities.

- Training and enablement of tools within the business.

Essential skills / experience:

- Ideally a BS/BA in marketing or digital or IT, (Marketing (digital), Economics, Mathematics, Operations Science) or equivalent level of achievement through experience.

- You will have extensive experience/use of advanced web technologies, including tag management, preferably Tealium, data layers and Adobe Analytics

- Highly proficient understanding and usage of technologies and tools including Tag Management, Adobe Analytics, Data Layers, Personalisation tools, DMP

- Experience with integrating other digital marketing tools including DMP’s, DSP’s Double Click, Personalisation tools, CRM tools, Live Chat

- Enjoys working in a growing and developing environment where they can influence change and make an impact.

- Strong commercial focus with the ability to balance risks vs. rewards and to maximize the cost effectiveness and profitability for the business

- Pragmatic decision making skills, with the ability to make clear judgments based on a range of factors, e.g. commercials, risk, and customer experience; determine the implications and make recommendations as needed

- Proven ability to build strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups, influencing teams without direct leadership authority
