Microsoft Team Lead / Senior Developer (CRM SharePoint Microsoft Dynamics Agile XP DevOps). Investment Management company with £14 billion under management is seeking a skilled Team Lead to head up a team of software developers building high quality, cutting edge business systems.
As a Team Lead you will provide subject matter expertise and effectively manage a team of up to eight, providing direct line management and fostering an environment of continual improvement and personal development. You'll work with project stakeholders to plan projects and resources and take the lead role on projects where required.
Offices based in Reigate with a friendly and professional environment.
Requirements:
*Significant experience and knowledge of Microsoft technologies; particularly SharePoint and Microsoft Dynamics
*Technical leadership of Microsoft development teams as well as line management of teams including performance management, resource management and recruitment
*Advocate of Agile development methodologies
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
