Role: Field Engineering & Remote Support

Location: Manchester

Benefits: Basic c£30,000 - £35,000 + package + Vehicle / Car Allowance (neg depending on experience)

Essential Experience: Avaya IP Office

Our client is a well-established telecommunications reseller involved in the installation, maintenance and support of voice and data products across the UK. The company has been trading for many years, is expanding and stable, it has an excellent portfolio of products and is a leading specialist in Avaya Solutions.

There is now a requirement for a North West based Engineer to join their team. It is essential for this role that you have experience on the Avaya IP Office range of business phone systems. You will have a good understanding of IP Office, with experience of installation, upgrades and maintenance. The role will be a mixture of Field and Office based remote support. You must have a clean driving license. You must possess excellent communication skills and have a desire to provide excellent customer service at all times also with the ability to identify client needs whilst you are out on site. You will need to be practical, hardworking and dedicated to join a converged voice & data team. You must have the ability to think for yourself, learn new technologies and enjoy being part of a team with a customer service focused goal.

Experience and skills required:

*Up to 2 years' experience working on Avaya IP Office (including SBC)

*Highly organized, timely, attention to detail, driven, integrity and excellent customer service skills

*Be able to plan, implement, support and troubleshoot Avaya IP Office Solutions

*Have a good understanding of telecommunication and IT experience and knowledge

*Experience on Avaya IP Office Contact Center is a plus
