Telecoms Co-ordinator

Job Title: Telecom Co-ordinator

Location: Benfleet / Hadleigh / Southend-on-Sea area

Experience required: Telecoms / Provisioning / Portals / Fault Logging

Salary: Basic c£20,000 - £25,000 (negotiable depending on experience)

Our client is a specialist Telecommunications company. It is expanding and offers its customers an excellent portfolio of products and services. The company is now seeking to recruit an office based Telecoms Co-ordinator.

This is a mixed and varied role which will include fault logging, ordering services, provisioning, planning work, number porting and keeping customers updated. The role will also require liaising with other internal departments such as sales, engineering, service and being a focal point within the organisation. You must be enthusiastic, hardworking, able to work without supervision and have excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will have worked for another Telecoms company. Telecoms experience is essential for this role and the more experience you have in the following areas the better:

*Provisioning

*Planning

*Ordering

*Fault logging, tracking and updates

*Working with suppliers such as Gamma, BT, Virtual 1
